Although I enjoy browsing Etsy’s categories looking for kids gift ideas to share, it is always more meaningful when I can feature the handmade lovelies created by someone I’ve ‘met’ online. Today you’ll meet two creative moms who I connected with recently via my Etsy shop.

I love how Jen of Born Again Clothing incorporates a mix of vintage, recycled and new fabrics in her designs. This pretty halter dress is so fancy with its skirt of pale pink dupioni silk and bow in the back. I read on Jen’s blog that she’s designing a line of clothing for Peacock Republic–very exciting!! At Olliekate you’ll find fun appliqued t-shirts and pillows for kids that are handmade by Liz. My favorite is this cute poppy tee with its colorful layered prints and terry cloth leaf for extra texture.
