Via Twitter, I recently connected with Jon of CrowdSprout, a website that offers volume discounts on hip baby and kids gear when people buy as a group. I immediately thought of previous articles on Trendwatching.com about Crowd Clout and mentioned this in a tweet. Lo and behold not long afterwards this article about CrowdSprout at Springwise.com (the sister site of Trendwatching.com) popped up in my google reader with me named as the trend spotter!
